1) Wear & Care

Machine-wash cold, inside-out on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent and similar colors. Use non-chlorine bleach. You shouldn't use any fabric softeners or dry-cleaning.

Tumble-dry on low, but hang-dry works best. For ironing, use cool iron inside-out. Don't iron the print.

 

2) Order Confirmation?

You will receive a confirmation email shortly after your purchase. If you didn't receive an email, please check your "junk" / "spam" folder and make sure you have entered your email correctly.

 

3) How long does shipping Take?

*Please note Covid-19 may affect shipping and production times*

Allow 2-7 business days for processing, 7-21 business days for shipping.

*Shipping costs are weight dependent*

 

4) Returns / Exchanges

 

We currently do not offer returns or exchanges, however if there is a problem with your order or your product is damaged, feel free to contact us via email at "friendlycartelclothing@gmail.com"

If your package gets lost in transit and the shipping address was 100% correct, do not worry! We've got your back! We will ship out an new order with tracking at our expense.

6) Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, Friendly Cartel offers international shipping across the world! Unfortunately we are unable to ship to Cuba, Iran, Crimea, Syria, and North Korea. 

Friendly Cartel is not responsible for delayed packages within the shipping process.
